Vince Tjelmeland is the owner of Sabina Motors & Controls, Sabina Technical Services and Sabina Precision Preparation, a southern California-based company specializing in the restoration and race preparation of historic racecars.


   Vince’s racing career began in Formula Fords in the mid-‘70’s and soon  progressed to the rough and tumble world of off-road racing. Racing in the  Ultra Stock Class, Vince was the 1985 Mickey Thompson Stadium Off Road   Series Champion, as well as the 1986 SCORE Off Road World Champion.  After helping Nissan claim the 1989 Mickey Thompson Stadium Off Road  Series Manufacturer Championship, Vince turned his attention to historic  racing, where he has successfully raced a wide variety of vehicles including a  LeGrand Formula Ford and Lola T332 Centerseat Can-Am car.
